Youth Intro to Boxing - This class is an introduction course for 8-12 year olds with no boxing experience. This class will teach proper stance and basic punching. Beginner boxing will also introduce some conditioning for boxing and will include some games that promote fitness.
Youth Comp Team- This class is for 8-12 year olds that are at an intermediate to advanced level and looking to compete. This class is one hour and consists of introducing more advanced techniques, conditioning drills and some sparring.
Teens intro to Boxing - This class is for 13-17 year olds with no boxing experience. This intro to boxing course will teach proper stance, basic punching and include conditioning for boxing.
Teen Comp Team- This class is for more advanced 13-17 year olds on the competition team. We will be learning advanced techniques, HIIT for boxing, exercises for core strength and designated sparring days.
Adult Intro to Boxing - This is the beginner class for adults. This class you will learn proper stance, basic punching and basic conditioning drills for boxing.
Adult Comp Team- This class is open to all competition level adults. Pro boxers, semi pro or amateurs are welcome. This class will include some drills teaching advanced techniques, intense conditioning specific for boxing, mitt work and sparring.
