My research fields center on Empirical Corporate Finance, Corporate Governance, Family Business Financial Inclusion and Applied Econometrics. You can find my research portfolio here.

I have been teaching undergraduate and postgraduate modules covering a wide range of topics including Asset Pricing, Derivatives, Corporate Finance, International Financial Management,Finance and Accounting for Sustainability, Entrepreneurial Finance, Applied Econometrics and International Economics and Business.

I received my Ph.D. degree in Economics from Copenhagen Business School in 2013 with the dissertation "Essays on Family Firms". I also hold a MSc. (2008) in Economics from Department of Economics, University of Copenhagen and a B.Eng. (2003) in Chemical Engineering from China.
