An Oboe Music Night - May 25th 2014 - @ Manzihanoi, was the first concert in Hanoi for oboe music. This concert featuring Dr. Keri E. McCarthy from the U.S.A and her oboist friends in Hanoi, they were oboists from the Vietnam National Academy of Music, the Vietnam National Symphony Orchestra, and the Vietnam National Opera Ballet. And this concert also was the debut concert of the Hanoi Double Reed activities.
Two members of the Hanoian Trio were in the list of performers of this night as a cellist, Ha Mien, and a composer/oboist, Kien Cuong.
