Pricing

We try to be as fair and give as competitive a price as we can. We treat all our clients as individuals and are openly willing to discuss all our prices to try and suit their needs. If we supply materials we do so at cost price the only extra charge may be to cover travel expenses to collect/deliver materials. This would be discussed at initial meetings . We can work for an hourly rate or to a fixed price. There are some things that we will only do at an hourly rate eg stripping wallpaper. Some papers may come of easy others might not, so rather than giving a large quote to make sure we are covering our costs its fairer to work hourly that way the customer only pays for work/ hours done. Normally we never ask customers for payment until all works are completed to customers satisfaction. The only time we would ask for any monies is if we have to supply lots of materials, we would purchase them then get customer to reimburse us on receiving materials and receipts.
