Handyman Service Pricing

Hire us by the hour!

We charge $60 for the first hour, and $40 per person, per hour thereafter (1 hour minimum). Time will be billed to the nearest quarter hour. Plus Materials

We Available to serve you Monday-Friday from 8am-8pm and Saturday & Sunday from 9am-4pm.

Emergency After Hours Services and prices

For your peace of mind, you will be given a “Ceiling Price”. This means that we will guarantee that the cost of the work will be capped at the time quoted during your Home Evaluation. If the job goes quicker than expected, you will be billed to the nearest quarter hour.

Quoted job prices are guaranteed for 60 days after the quote date.

Appointment Cancellation or Rescheduling

• • Due to the expense incurred of having a Home Repair Specialist travel to your home, we require a 24 hour notice of cancelation or rescheduling of your service.

  • If for any reason you are unable or no longer desire to keep your scheduled service and the required 24 hour cancellation notice is not given, you will be charged $60.00 to offset this expense.

  • This is a non-refundable fee and can not be applied to any future services.

Payment & Payment Methods

• • Payment is due upon completion of your project. We ask that you examine our workmanship, and make arrangements for payment by check, cash, or credit card

#1-Condo Plan: $32/mo.

For Condos or Townhouses*

• • 2 hour quarterly visits

  • Interior assessment & repair only

  • Additional hours (for work not included in program) $35/hr

#2-Average size homes: Silver $67/mo. Gold $83/mo.

For homes of any size up to 4000 Sq Ft

• • 4 hour Silver quarterly visits

  • 5 hour Gold quarterly visits

  • Whole house assessment & repair on each visit

  • Additional hours (for work not included in program) $35/hr

#3-Large Homes: Silver $180/mo. Gold $230/mo.

Available for homes over 4000 sq. feet

• • 4 hour Silver monthly visits

  • 5 hour Gold monthly visits

  • Whole house assessment & repair on each visit

  • Additional hours (for work not included in program) $35/hr

#4-One time Home Assessment:
