What included in Home Maintenance Programs
All caulking, A/C heater filters or swamp cooler pads, lubricants, cleaning detergents, smoke detector and carbon monoxide batteries.
If check list is finish before 4 or 5 hour plan allows the remaining time can be used to do a small project of your choice.
If additional hours in same visit are need to do other projects not on check list they are discounted $40 per hour ($5 saving per hour) but please notify us in advance for proper scheduling.

Do I need a "Home Assessment" and what is it?
Yes, The Home Assessment is a very important and cost saving tool for your home technician to have. It not only provides him with the initial list, but it also gives us much needed information that we keep in our secure database for maintaining your home, such as types, model numbers, etc. This information as well as reports, maintenance and repair log is then placed into your Service Binder which becomes a valuable resource for the history and well being of your home.
Can I cancel my agreement?
Yes, you may cancel your agreement at any time, forfeiting only your previous visit's payment and your one time setup fee.
What is a "re-assessment"?
This is the assessment performed each time we visit your home on a quarterly or monthly visit to inspect and determine any need for preventative maintenance and/or other work
What is a Quarterly Visit?
A Quarterly Visit is a pre-scheduled 4 or 5 hour visit to your home by your technician. During this visit he will perform a 25+ point seasonal check of your home as well as make repairs from your maintenance list. These maintenance items could be from your list on our database or those issues that just came up last week.
What is the difference between a quarterly & a monthly visit?
A Quarterly Visit is scheduled every three months for your technician to perform re-assessment of need maintenance on your home. For larger homes (4000 sq. ft. or larger), monthly visits enable the tech more time to keep up with re-assessment & need maintenance work that would not be possible to complete on just a quarterly basis.
What do you cover?
PCHS Home Maintenance Programs are not an insurance policy. Don't think in terms of coverage, but what time will allow. We can correct or repair virtually any problem through the time that your technician has at your home. If you have enrolled in our basic quarterly plan, then we can do what ever he can accomplish in the regular Quarterly Visits. How does your plan work?

Do I have to pay for everything up front?
No, you will not be asked for money until our service is performed. Payment will be due when service is completed, you can pay Technician be check, cash or credit card.
