The Hale Cook PTA is proud to support our teachers by offering funding of up to $100 per request for classroom materials, resources, or activities that enhance student learning.
Our goal is to make it easy for you to access the tools you need to create an engaging and supportive environment for your students.
Please use the following form to submit your request. The PTA board will review submissions on a rolling basis and will follow up with you promptly regarding approval and reimbursement or purchasing options.
