What’s missing? There are literally hundreds of items that must be considered in order to plan a successful fallout shelter. Some are covered in the rubric - MANY ARE NOT.
The group must come up with a minimum of four items/situations not covered above, but necessary to create a successful fallout shelter (In addition to those listed in sections 1-5 above). Include DETAILED explanations, plans, and/or solutions to each item.
