Committees/ Volunteer Opportunities
Help with various PTA committees and ad hoc basis as your schedule permits. Throughout the school year, General Volunteers are sent emails where additional assistance is needed. Past requests for help have included Activity Nights, Magazine Madness, Community Outreach, or Teacher Appreciation. This gives volunteers a more flexible option for helping out.
Activity Nights - 6th, 7th, 8th Grade
Organize, plan and publicize grade-level activity nights, either on or off-campus. Examples of off-campus events are roller skating, Health Track nights, and Ackerman nights.Activity Nights - 6th, 7th, 8th Grade
Community Outreach
Assist school social worker in providing clothes, school supplies, and other necessities to D41 students in need.Community Outreach
Curriculum Enhancement
Work with the committee to understand and consider requests for funding for projects and materials from Hadley staff; take questions to Board on special projects.Curriculum Enhancement
Dine Out
Plan and schedule dine out events with local restaurants, where a percentage of sales support PTA sponsored events.Dine Out

Help identify individuals willing to serve as PTA officers for the next school year.Nominating Committee
PTA Theater Arts

Staff Appreciation – 6th Grade, 7th Grade, 8th Grade
