With over 12 years of experience in computational solid mechanics and as a DFG-funded Principal Investigator, I develop advanced physics-based constitutive models and implement them into high-fidelity finite element simulations.
My work focuses on crystal plasticity, multiscale and size-dependent deformation, thermo-mechanical coupling, and nonlinear material behavior in metals, polymers, and composite structures. By combining continuum mechanics theory, custom ABAQUS subroutine development, and experimental validation, I build predictive simulation frameworks for complex engineering materials.
