Duplicate, invalid and junk email addresses

1. Identify duplicate email addresses
2. Identify invalid and false email addresses
3. Identify junk email addresses
4. Correct things like info[at]domain.com

How does it work

1. Select some email addresses.

1. Tip: Simply click in a cell with an email address and call the function. GSM will automatically expand the selection to all cells which probably contain email addresses.
1. Call the function

1. Wait for the finish message!!
2. As result, duplicate email addresses are marked in red, junk/trash mails in pink and records with invalid content are marked orange.

1. Red: The email is not valid. - fix or remove the record manually.
2. Pink: Junk email addresses are usually complete worthless and a waste of time. Probably 'delete' is best.
3. Orange: This records are duplicates and usually can be deleted.
1. And finally a popup with give you an overview about all done fixings - and the option to delete duplicate records automatically.
