'BounceOut' and process 'failed to deliver' email addresses with GSM.

A big part of successful mail merge and email marketing is to keep your subscriber lists up to date. Not all email addresses are correct and still active. In this case you will get as response a 'failed to deliver' email.

Such an 'not working' email address should be removed from your subscriber lists. That´s what the function does.

How to use

Don´t worry, it is a very simple to use function. Call it, click on "Check" and wait a few seconds. Let´s start ...

Call the function in the GSM menu.

When the mask is open, your have in principle 2 options how to handle matching email addresses.

'Matching' means, you have in Gmail a 'failed to deliver' email, and

the email address of the recipient is found in your sheet.

1. For your data sheet you can choose between 'only highlight' and 'delete/remove row'
2. And in Gmail you can automatically move 'failed to deliver' emails into trash.

After your click on the "Check" button the function will run a while, please be patient and wait for the finish message with a list of all handled email addresses. The function will check all records (email addresses) in your current sheet.

Tips

• For the first run use the default setting - only 'highlight'. Then you can check and verify the results and call the function again with more powerful settings.
