2019 ACTION ITEMS

1. Enter Coordinator information: we need to know who is the Coordinator for your troop. Please have the data entered on this form. If your troop is not listed, please add it to the bottom.

3. Fall Product packets can be collected at the SU meeting on Tuesday September 10 at 7:-00 PM.

5. If you as a troop has never sold Fall Product, consider it. It is a short sale that doesn't take much effort and proceeds to troops are worthwhile. If you are a NEW TROOP, email gsctxmidtownsufallproducts@gmail.com for more information regarding the Fall Product sale.

There are many reasons to sell Fall Product (candy, nuts, magazines), which is our annual official product sales that occurs in October:

• Troops earn approx 35% to fund activities for the beginning of the year
• It's relatively easy and requires very little volunteer or parent input to make it happen
• Participation is required in both Fall Product and Cookies for a girl to be eligible for financial assistance from Council for Council or SU activities. Both sales are also required for a girl to be eligible to participate in any additional money-earning activities during the year, and the additional money-earning activities must be pre-approved and meet certain criteria (refer to Money Manager and Volunteer Essentials for more info).

If your troop does plan to sell Fall Products, please plan on having your troop's Fall Product coordinator attend a training and ensure that girls are registered as members for the new year no later than mid September. This will save you effort in having to manually request that a girl be loaded from the registration database into the Fall Product selling database.
