Bio/CV

I am an associate professor of economics at Williams College and an affiliate of the CESifo research network (Climate and Energy Economics).  I am also an associate editor of the Journal of Economic Growth. 

From 7/2024 to 3/2025, I served as the senior economist for climate policy and industrial strategy at the Council of Economic Advisers.

My work has been funded by the National Science Foundation and the Washington Center for Equitable growth.
