Festival Registration

• Festival registration due date is found on the calendar

• Registering ASAP makes it possible for managers to send out music quickly,  which gives students more time to prepare, which leads to more educational and enjoyable festivals!

• We hope to send you your students' music by the end of December.

• IF YOU KNOW a student is not going to accept their placement in the festival ensemble PLEASE reach out to the manager as quickly as possible so that plans can be made to adjust voicing and seating.

More Registration Tips!

• • Checks can be made out to "Green Mountain Music District V." 

  • If your school requires an invoice to process payment, please use the new version linked here. Festival Registration Invoice - This invoice does NOT need to be mailed in with your payment or acceptance forms.

  • One check in a larger amount is preferred over many smaller checks. Please mail fees by the registration deadline. 

  • Please complete the appropriate registration form(s) so the manager(s) can prepare music for your students.  We prefer that you register all of your students at once. 

  • If your school has multiple participating teachers, register only the students you are responsible for. If you work at multiple schools, register each school separately. 

  • If necessary, you may edit responses by keeping the confirmation window open.  

  • If you omit students, please re-register all the students in an ensemble rather than registering only the ones that were omitted before.
