2018 Record Date

Dear GGAHOA Property Owners,

When GGAHOA mailed statements to property owners in 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018, the invoices contained the following statement:  

“A property owner must be a member in order to vote in HOA elections and to participate in HOA sponsored events.  Membership fees must be up to date at least 10 days prior to any election.  Annual meeting will be held in October (current year).”

The  GGAHOA Board has voted to set the 2018 Record Date for determining the voting members of Green Glen Acres Homeowners Association to Monday, October 22, 2018. Payments received in the GGAHOA Post Office box through Monday, October 22, 2018 will be processed and the GGAHOA Membership list will be updated accordingly. 

The membership list will be used to determine and provide the correct number of voting forms required at the Annual Meeting. 

Membership payments will not be accepted at the Annual Meeting which will be held on November 1, 2018.
