Volunteer

The Green Door Thrift Shop is staffed by volunteers. We welcome your involvement & will work with you to find a place for you. Most of our volunteers work one day per week or twice a month. But we also have volunteers that work one Saturday every 6 to 8 weeks or are on our substitute list and only work when someone needs a substitute. If you are interested, please click on the Sign Up Now button. It will take you to a form where you can give us your name, email address and phone. Signing up does not commit you to anything. We will contact you to visit with you about your level of interest and availability. When you are ready we can schedule a short training to show you around the Green Door and familiarize you with the volunteer tasks. Once that is complete you can let us know how you would like to volunteer at the Green Door and we will work with you to find a day that is a good fit for your interests.
