Consignments are accepted when inventory in a given merchandise category is low.
We accept larger volume consignments in special circumstances such as downsizing a home, moving, or liquidating an estate. Our Special Consignment Policy is attached. The primary difference between a regular consignment and a special consignment is that we do not meet with special consignors to establish the price and acceptability of the merchandise. We accept the merchandise in bulk any time the store is open and will price at our discretion. Special consignments are not eligible for pick-up. If they do not sell within the 60 day consignment window, they become the property of the Green Door.
