Enrichment Requests

Our Enrichment Request Process

1. Please confirm with your Enrichment Chair (Amber Wagner - MIW Grades PK-3, Becky Keith - GMS Grades 4-8) the amount of funds available to your grade level.

2. Submit the online Enrichment Request Form below. This ensures we have all the information required to review your request.

3. Once submitted, your response will be reviewed by the appropriate Enrichment Chair to confirm compliance to our Guidelines.

4. The Enrichment Chair will notify you of the status of your request as soon as possible.

5. Checks will be provided for approved requests by the PTO Treasurer. Please allow for 2 weeks for disbursement, and note in your request if the payment is needed more urgently than that.
