Regionals Meet Schedule

Nov. 18th HOME Meet vs. Napoleon

Session 1: L7, L8, L9, XP,XD 

• Gym opens 12:30pm

• Warm up 1 st ½ , 1 st event 12:50pm

• Present/Meet Starts 1:05pm

• Meet Concludes 4:15pm (time approximate)

• All times approximate from this point depending on Session 1 finish,

• please arrive 15 minutes early for session 2 and 3.

Session 2: L2, 3, XS

• Open Stretch 4:00pm (Swamp Gym)

• Warm up 1 st event 4:20pm (time approximate)

• Present/Start 4:35pm

• Meet Concludes 6:00 pm

Session 3: L4, L5, L6, XG 

• Open Stretch 6:00pm (Swamp Gym)

• Warm up 1 st ½ , 1 st event 6:20pm (time approximate)

• Present/Start 6:35pm

• Meet Concludes 8:30pm (time approximate)

We will not be having an awards ceremony. Awards will be handed to coaches at the end of the session and can be handed out at your gym. As always parking may be tight. You can park in the Laibe parking lot if needed or drop your gymnast for stretch and then return. Please do not go upstairs until the previous session is complete. We are asking that Session 1 gymnasts do not enter the building until 10 minutes before scheduled stretch. This will give us time to set up equipment and get some recreational gymnasts out of the building.

40th  Annual Gymcat Fall Party and Corn Maze

When: October 14, 2023

Where: Butterfly House Corn Maze, Wheeler Farms, 11455 Obee Road

Time: Meet at the Gymnastics Center at 4:00 pm if you want to carpool**

                --or-- 

Meet at the corn maze at 4:30 pm

Pick up from the gym at midnight! 

Cost: $12 for corn maze ticket, register and pay HERE. All group rate tickets must be

  paid for by October 11. No group rates will be available at the maze.

Bring: Workout leo and snack donation (A-M bring a salty snack, N-Z bring a sweet

  snack). Pizza and water will be provided at the gym. 

**We will need drivers for carpooling to the maze and back to the gym. Please 

  fill out the Google Form on Facebook.**

TEAM PaymentS

Team payments can be paid online beginning September 1. The link below will take you to the correct place to make that payment. Gymnast judges, concession, and uniform fees will be invoiced to your membership. Once invoiced, payments can be paid online or by calling any branch. 

**Please note: After November 10 if you have not paid your invoiced fees YOU MAY BE DENIED ACCESS to any YMCA branch.**

Due Dates:
