Aqua Aerobics

60+ Senior Aqua Aerobics

Low-Medium Intensity. This class is designed to strengthen and tone muscles, and increase flexibility.  This workout will give participants a low to moderate cardiovascular workout. Great music, good friends, and lots of enthusiasm is what you will find when you participate in this exercise class!

Aqua Cardio

Aqua cardio is for all 18 and up, come join us for a fun water workout for any fitness level. A cardio/HIIT (high intensity interval workout) you go at your pace workout like a land base class but with the added benefit of water giving low impact to no impact, on the joints or recovering from an injury. This can be helpful to keep up your fitness or for cross training. You do not need to know how to swim to enjoy this class, you don’t have to get your hair wet! We will be using resistance and flotation equipment to make our class fun and a great workout!

Instructors will monitor the programs to make sure that the number of participants is at a minimum of 5/class.  If the numbers are consistently low (under 5/class) that class will have to be cancelled.  Contact Community Ed. if you have questions about program numbers.
