- Assisted Reproductive Technologies

1. In vitro maturation and Culture : 생식세포인 난자를 성숙시키는 과정과 배양 시키는 과정

2. In vitro fertilization: 정자와 난자를 실험실 인큐베이터에서 수정시키는 과정

3. Nuclear transfer: 체세포 핵이식과정이라고 불리우며, 난자에서 핵을 제거하고, 체세포의 핵으로 발생되는 수정란 만드는 과정

4. Embryo freezing: 생산된 수정란을 대리모에 이식하지 않고, 남은 수정란을 반영구적으로 LN2 (액체질소)에 보관하는 과정

5. Ovum Pick UP (OPU) and Embryo transfer (ET): 살아있는 동물의 난소에서 초음파를 이용하여 난자를 채취하는 과정 (OPU)과 수정란을 대리모에 이식하는 과정 (ET)

6. Transgenic embryos: 형질 전환 수정란을 생산하는 과정
