Who am I?

Scott Goldstein, D.O., FACEP, FAEMS, FAAEM, EMT-T/PHP

I am a seasoned, full-time suburban and urban emergency room physician at a level 1 trauma center in a major city environment, with special expertise in disaster,  tactical/operational medicine and pre hospital (EMS) medicine  I am a consultant to state and regional law enforcement on subjects related to the intersectionality of law enforcement/S.W.A.T. and medicine.

A beautifully-written script or screenplay can be enhanced—or diminished—by how realistic a medical scene and the dialogue among its participants are portrayed.   My years of experience and wisdom--coupled with my thorough understanding of emergency medicine interventions, patient/medical staff/ bystander reactions, medical equipment, treatments, procedures, devices, tools, techniques, and emergency medicine interaction and coordination with law enforcement--will take your compelling storyline and make it medically accurate, realistic, and absolutely believable.
