Welcome to the GMC 49ers Motorhome Website

The GMC 49ers was founded in 1976 with members in Northern California, Nevada, and Oregon.   We gather at rallies run by club volunteers. Six are scheduled each year.  These are a great opportunity to get away to new places, meet new and old friends, exchange technical information, and just have some fun!

If you own a GMC Motorhome or may be purchasing one, we invite you to contact us to learn more about the coaches and our GMC 49ers Motorhome Club. email: GMC49ersClub@gmail.com

The small, rural town of Sunol located along Niles Canyon is well known for its historic railroad system, was a link on the original transcontinental railroad, and now has the Niles Canyon Railway tourist train and is also a stop on the daily Altamont Corridor Express. We are planning on a train ride. This Rally will start on March 9th. Hosted by the Bushes. More details soon:

May Rally, Fort Bragg, California
May 20-22, 2018
Fort Bragg, along the spectacular Mendocino coast will be the location of our May rally. It's known for Glass Beach, with its shore full of colorful glass stones. The beach is part of sprawling MacKerricher State Park, which supports varied birdlife and harbor seals. Fort Bragg is also the terminus for the steam locomotive "Skunk Train" that winds through  redwood forests. Since 1988 it has been the home for the North Coast Brewing Company.
