Glossop Walkers are a local group with a common interest in enjoying the beautiful countryside that surrounds us.

We organise longer day-walks on alternate Saturdays, and the walks are normally between 6 and 9 miles. The distance and degree of difficulty are always made clear to walkers beforehand.

We normally rendezvous at Glossop outdoor market ground unless otherwise stated.

We are a group of friends walking together, and are each responsible for our own safety.
