High performanсу U-Blox adapter board intended to replace regular NAVICAM SYNC15 GPS receiver in Oscilloquartz synchronization equipment OSA5581C, OSA5240, OSA45xx on modern GPS receiver with improved technical characteristics. In the adapter board is installed LEA-5T or LEA-6T receiver, specially developed by U-Blox company (Switzerland) for high-precision temporal applications and synchronization equipment. The receiver has a high sensitivity, fast start and after automatic detection and fixing of its position can operate by using signals from one visible satellite. This allows to reliably receiving signals from satellites in dense urban areas.
U-Blox adapter board according to its dimensions, fasteners, electrical characteristics and protocol is fully compatible with the GPS receiver installed into Oscilloquartz equipment. Modernization of equipment is performed by simple replacing of regular GPS receiver on U-Blox adapter board, as shown on photos. After replacement of the regular GPS receiver on U-Blox adapter board, in hardware and software of Oscilloquartz equipment no changes are needed. All management programs, including SyncView Plus control system, work as before.
After replacement of the regular GPS receiver on U-Blox board, there is no need to do any changes in hardware and software of Oscilloquartz equipment. All programs of management, including management system SyncView Plus, work as before. Dopler information is not displayed. Instead of it displayed debug information for control of adapter board work.
Additional configuration of Oscilloquartz equipment and of U-Blox adapter board is not required.options in development
In construction of board provided transfer to the newest models of U-Blox receivers, such as LEA-M8T receiver (GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, QZSS and SBAS)
In U-Blox adapter board is used receiver and a microprocessor with low power consumption. Serial samples collected without use of lead (Pb-Free). Documentation is provided only on electronic media.
