I'm not sure why or how this is happening to my bf, but it's been happening to him for at least the past 5 years. I wasn't sure where to post this so I picked a few different forums. This is really worrying me because it would seem I am unknowingly sucking his life energy from him. He's been suffering from very annoying insomnia since I've known him pretty much every night
I had my bf check out some stuff on this and he agreed that it is very much what he is experiencing. Now I recall some other people that said they have had experiences similar to his, but more hallucinations, etc. I didn't know they could be related. Thanks for bringing this to light, I had no idea that it could be sleep paralysis! (???)
