Easter Outreach - 2012

To help address the needs of our homeless community and those with needs in Chula Vista, Gives Hope Ministry, along with The Vine Christian Church, members of Eastlake Church, the Rock Church, Warriors4Christ and various local churches and ministries in the area will be hosting a community outreach event Saturday, April 7, 2012.   The event is scheduled from 11AM to 2PM in Eucalyptus Park where we hold our weekly events.

Our goal is to provide a free hot meal, offer free haircuts, give away gently used clothing and personal care items, and offer free health and dental screenings.  We will celebrate the recognition of Easter in performances of various worship music teams and with an evangelistic message of hope.   We would like to invite anyone who has a heart to serve and local businesses to participate in our outreach event.

We estimate an attendance of 100 or more participants we are reaching out to serve.   We believe every human being to be worthy of our concern and will apply the resources made available to help and uplift their spirits and human condition.  We look forward to partnering with you in this endeavor of love and mercy.
