"The Role of Nucleobase Interactions in RNA Structure and Dynamics" by S. Bottaro, F. Di Palma, and G. Bussi has been accepted for publication on Nucleic Acids Research. In this work we introduce a scoring function for RNA structure prediction and a method to compute structural deviations. All tools are available in baRNAba. A preprint is available at arXiv:1410.1271.
