FINAL NOTICE FOR SPONSORING CAMPERS

We are approaching the deadline for any affiliated clubs to submit their forms for sponsoring campers to attend camp this summer. On March 1st at 9 am, registration will open to the public, and I will no longer be able to secure any registration spots beyond what I have already secured. For those of you who have already sent in your forms, thank you!

As a reminder, if your club wishes to send any or more kids to camp, you must complete a club-sponsored camper form, attached to this email, for each camper. Those forms can be mailed to headquarters (2101 Wood St., Lansing, MI 48912) or emailed to me at sstover@mucc.org.

The only week that there are no spots left available for clubs to sponsor campers for is our Hunting Heritage Week (July 21st - 26th). We have plenty of room in any of our other six weeks.

For payment, you may mail checks to headquarters or pay by card by calling our front desk at 517-371-1041. We prefer clubs to pay sooner rather than later, but the official due date for camper payments is June 1st.

If you are not sponsoring campers this year, consider donating to our Camp Mattress Fund, which has a remaining goal of $1,200. You may also donate to our General Camp Fund, which supports our program costs and facility updates.
