Gilbert would be a great asset to any employer he worked with. He has a strong sense of professionalism and fantastic work ethic. He works very well with others and has a perfect demeanor for customer service and excellent communication skills. I never once worried about sending him to talk to our clients.

Gilbert assisted us in the role of help desk where he helped users with common desk top applications such as Microsoft Office. He also trouble shot general installation issues or error messages. He worked on setup and maintenance of communication between user computers and printers, scanners and network drives. On occasion Gilbert would assist me with minor Database maintenance or running scripts to ease my work load.
I recommend Gilbert without reservation. Given the opportunity I would rehire him without hesitation.
