Gilberto De Jesus is an excellent IT professional. Started with little ground at in Blackboard Help Desk. He was able to progress quickly and become in charge of all Florida Technical College Online Help Desk. He pushed himself and took ownership of the whole department. He is now running the Help desk with no supervision, leading the project and always thinking how the Help Desk can run better, faster, more efficient and best customer service. Gilberto started at February 2013, challenging himself all the way through. Now he is part of the decision making in our online team.
