1. Tutee will fill out a Google Form on the Delta Scholars Website. They would write their name, days that they are available, personal email or phone number, and the class that they need help with, for example Algebra II.

2. Form submissions usually are emailed to the delta scholars email. The executive board checks the email every couple of days.

3. One of the Delta Scholars would contact the tutee via email or phone number

and arrange a tutoring session. If there are more sessions, they can arrange that themselves.

4. To confirm that the meeting actually took place, the tutor and tutee should sign the form below and write the time and date.
