GeoShield 1.0: development started

This news is just to announce that after some years of GeoShield development, testing and usage. Now it is time to finalize all the good things done until now.

The 1.0 version will be improved in various aspects, including:

- Complete code refactoring

- Using Maven to build GeoShield

- A new Web Administration interface

- Bug-hunting

- Update external libraries (GeoTools, ...)

- ... and other little modification
