About our Scholarships
In addition to funding team programs and equipment, the Groton-Dunstable Athletic Booster Club awards scholarships to deserving senior student-athletes. Through 2025, we have awarded a total of $164,500.
The 2025 Booster Club Scholarship Application is due May 1, 2026. Applications become available in early February each year.
All seniors who have participated in Groton-Dunstable High School athletics are invited to apply. To be eligible, applicants must:
Plan to pursue a post-graduation path, including attending an accredited college, entering a trade, or joining the military
Volunteer with the Booster Club during their high school years
Each year, multiple scholarships are awarded, including two $1,000 awards in memory of Brian Kane and Peter Twomey, two well-known and highly respected former student-athletes.
The scholarship committee is made up of Booster Club members who are not parents of current seniors, and membership rotates annually. Awards are presented during Class Night.
