Events

Next Meeting:The Winter Meeting will take place on MONDAY, FEBRUARY 11TH @FAIRFIELD FRESHMAN SCHOOL. Food/networking will begin at 6:30 and the CEU event will begin promptly at 7pm.

Location/Directions: 8790 N. Gilmore Rd. Fairfield, Ohio 45014. To get to the auditorium, they will need to enter from the front/main entrance of the school and the auditorium will be on the right side after passing the library. They can park on either side of the school or in the front of the school if there is enough room.

Speaker/Topic: Connor Barnes, MS, AT, ATC (Assistant ATC at Xavier University) and "Blood Flow Restriction Training: Uses in the Athletic Training Setting"

Additional Notes:

We will have information for the professional development award again on the registration table. Please feel free to take information! If you still need to register as a member, there will be registration forms available as well. $25 for certified and $10 for students.

We will be taking nominations for President Elect as well as nominees for the 2nd Annual Bill Walker Memorial Award for Athletic Training Excellence during the business portion of the meeting.

We will also have more details for our 2nd Annual National Athletic Training Month Celebration for all certified AT's in the Greater Cincinnati area as well as more info about the OATA Symposium being hosted at Great Wolf Lodge on May 17th and 18th.

The Spring Meeting date will be April 15th. Please mark your calendars for this date as well. Details to follow.
