Mahemdavad Vav is not mentioned anywhere ; OK it does appear in Google Maps.

I stumbled upon it when I was searching for something else on Google Maps.

Maybe it's overshadowed by the Bhamaria Kuvo/Vav.

It is, or should I say might be, a nice vav. It is 500+ years old.

However visiting this place is depressing since it is full of garbage.

It's difficult to step in and really see this vav, that why the 'might be' above.

The site is supposed to be under the Department of Archaeology, Govt of Gujarat.

If any of you guys can, please give them a nudge. Or better still a slap.

This vav deserves better.
