The Game Board

Game Board Manager' (GBM)

GBM oversees the operation of the game board. GBM is the club supervisor.

Layout of the Game Board

"On Court" - On the left side are players that are on the court playing.

"Next Available" - On the right side is a queue of player tags ready to play, waiting for the next available court to play their games.

Sign-in & Sign-out on the Game Board

When you arrive at the club and are READY to play, please make sure your tag is on the right side of the game board under "Next Available".

When you leave the gym or are not available to play, please remove your tag and put it back on the the game board in the "Present" or "Members" section.

Arranging Games

Those who are "Next Available" should remain in the gym and be ready to play when a court becomes available.

If your game is called and you're not ready, the entire game will be forfeited and the next game "Next Available" will be played instead.

Game Rotations

Two doubles games are allowed for each rotation, instead of a full match.

When you've finished your game, please remove your tags from the "On Court" area, and back onto the "Next Available" area.

The tags under #1 from the "Next Available" area will be moved to the "On Court" area under the court # (1, 2, 3 or 4) that you just came off of.

Next Available # does not correspond to the court number you are waiting for.

When to use the Game Board

The game board will be used whenever there are 10 or more club members waiting, or at the GBM's discretion.
