My Role
Manager of Instructional Design Team
I lead a team of 3 instructional designers. I manage project assignments and work with stakeholders to meet their objectives and learning needs. I do my best to make work life interesting and pleasant for my team and everyone we work with.

Instructor-led Training
Create quick references and full training manuals.
Apps I use: MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Webex, Adobe Connect, Adobe Acrobat
Teach classes.
E-Learning
Create both demo and interactive lessons.
Apps I use: Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise), TechSmith Camtasia Studio, Audacity and Adobe Audition Vyond (GoAnimate), Cornerstone learning management system.
Subject Matter
End-user computer system instruction. Business-scenario-based when possible. Salesforce and internal systems.
Media sales product and process training.
Some regulatory compliance, policy, and conceptual training.
