Student volunteer roles
Volunteers will be needed for set-up the evening before (April 14th) as well as the day of the fair (April 15th). The length and time of shifts vary and can all be found within the SignUpGenius form.
Student volunteer roles the day of the fair also vary. Some roles include helping with check-in, traffic management, paper sorting, monitoring hallways and doors, and walking from room to room to deliver papers. You will be able to sign up for a specific role within the SignUpGenius form.
We realize COVID-19 is still circulating in our community. We will conduct our Fair with reasonable safety precautions.
We request everyone attending the fair be fully vaccinated, including eligible children.
Masking may be required by everyone over the age of two, unless actively eating or drinking. We recommend N95/KN95 or surgical masks. Surgical masks will be provided for those who need one.

We realize COVID-19 is still circulating in our community. We will conduct our Fair in alignment with recommendations and/or requirements from Rochester Public Schools and Mayo Clinic.
