Session 1:
DOORS OPEN at 12:15 PM
Please plan to arrive between 12:15 and 12:45 to allow enough time to Check-In.
Note: Participants who wish to have a project spot near their sibling or another participant should plan to arrive near the beginning of the Check-In time to choose their spots while plenty of choices remain.
Park in the public parking lot on the north side of the building.
Enter Door #19. This is where Check-In begins.
Session 1: 12:15 - 12:45 PM
Check-in to receive t-shirt and complete paperwork.
Choose a project spot and set up your project.
Session 1: 1:00 -
2:00 PM
Review Session - Participants will explain their project to reviewers.
Session 1:
2:00 -
2:30 PM
Public viewing. At 2:30, written reviews will be distributed and participants may leave.
Session 2

Supervision: Parents/guardians are responsible for their children for the entire duration of the fair. GATEway does NOT provide any supervision nor childcare. For purposes of adult supervision, siblings should choose spots near each other and should plan to arrive near the beginning of the Check-In time to choose their spots while plenty of choices remain.
Inclement weather policy: If the science fair cannot be held on Saturday due to inclement weather, the fair will be postponed to the next day, Sunday, as long as travel conditions allow. The decision will be made by 10 AM Saturday. Please check www.rochestergateway.com for announcements. All events would happen on the same time schedule. Please use your own judgment about whether your family can travel safely to the fair.
