The Garcia-Bosch lab just published a Synpacts article in Synlett summarizing our last findings on Cu-catalytzed oxidation of alkanes under mild conditions. You will find the link in publications!

NATIONAL COLLABORATION: Baran/Garcia-Bosch
We are really excited to collaborate with Prof. Phil S. Baran (The Scripps Research Institute) to understand the reaction mechanism of C-H steroid oxidation carried out by Cu(I) and dioxygen.

NATIONAL COLLABORATION: Kieber-Emmons/Garcia-Bosch
We are really glad to announce that we will be collaborating with Matt Kieber-Emmons research group (The Univeristy of Utah). He is an expert in advanced spectroscopic characterization and DFT calculcations.

INTERNATIONAL-NATIONAL COLLABORATION: Nam/Karlin/Garcia-Bosch
We will be working with Prof. Nam (Ewha Womans University, Seoul, Korea) and Prof. Karlin (The Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore) in the chemistry of macrocylic copper(I) complexes with dioxygen!
