The Senior Computer Users Group Has Been Disbanded
At the October General Meeting of the Senior Computer Users Group it was voted to disband the group. The decrease in attendance at all of the meetings was the major reason for this decision. Also the time to prepare for each meeting was felt excessive because of the low attendance.
The Senior Computer Users Group has been existence for Thirty-three years. Over that time computers have become common-place and easier to use. The meetings have drifted from computer problems to uses of computers and entertainment. The need for the group is gone.
