Electric Hornets

Team 8120, the Electric Hornets, is a FIRST Tech Challenge team based in Kirtland High School. We design, build, and program robots to compete in competitions.

Starting September 6, 2025, FIRST Tech Challenge teams will investigate the power of the world’s artifacts and unlock mysteries in a new challenge, DECODE™ presented by RTX.

The Electric Hornets finished as part of the Winning Alliance at the Kirtland Competition! The Electric Hornets joined with Blood, Sweat, and Gears for the finals. After a strong performance throughout the competition, the Electric Hornets were also awarded the 2nd place Inspire Award.
