Thanks again to Dave Siegrist who discovered the critical bug: FSXControls crashes on startup if you have installed some 3rd party aircrafts (particularly Captain Sim's). Patch 4.0.2 that fixes the problem. Just unzip the FSXcontrols.exe & replace previous version.
