Shall the organization officially adopt the name “Friends of the Shutesbury Library, Inc.” to replace the current name, “Friends of the M.N. Spear Memorial Library, Inc.”, with the updated name to read:
The name of this organization shall be Friends of the Shutesbury Library, Inc. (formerly known as The Friends of the M.N. Spear Memorial Library, Inc.).
