Jipe Moyo, Musoma:
This charity was established by the Musoma Diocese and is overseen by Sr. Annuciata Cha Cha. It serves homeless boys and girls who are sought out and found on the streets. Currently, they serve about 30 children, most of whom are orphans who have run away from abusive situations. Many are ill when they arrive. Jipe Moyo gets them the medical care they need; provides counseling, shelter, and food; and sends the children to public schools, purchasing books and uniforms for them.
St. Justin's Care Center for Disabled Children, Musoma:
This center cares for about 140 children with physical, intellectual, and/or hearing disabilities. The children are housed, fed, and sent to government schools where they can receive special education services not provided in public schools.
