AUTOMOBILE INVENTORY SYSTEM PROJECT REPORT FOR ASP.NET BCA JAVA, MCA PHP, BSC COMPUTER SCIENCE STUDENT.

Automobile inventory management system is developed for car dealers or vehicles sellers. We have divided automobile inventory system in 5 modules.

Login Module -Login module manages the security of the system. only authorized user can login to inventory system. when user launch the application login screen is displayed and user have to enter valid user name and valid password to access the automobile inventory system.

Supplier registration module:

This module is developed to manage the automobile supplier information. Basically any Enterprise or organization every company has number of suppliers and they have to manage their supplier information. Using this module user can store automobile supplier information in database. Using automobile supplier module user can add new supplier to the inventory management database. Vehicle supplier registration module also allow user to Delete or Remove the existing suppliers from the automobile inventory system.

Purchase Module of automobile inventory management system:

All automobile purchase information are managed in this inventory purchase module. When any car is purchased user have to enter this purchase details in the system. vehicle stock is automatically updated in the database or all the tables that have car stocks details. We can also check purchase car stock details using this module.

Sales Module:

Sales module manage the records of sold out cars. When any car is sold, we enter the details of the vehicles in the automobile inventory system database. This information automatically deduct the Stock value in the database and so the Stock gets updated. Using this automobile sales module we can print sales bill for customer and can check the sales details of any vehicles.

Customer Module of automobile inventory management system

Customer module is developed to manage the customer information is the automobile inventory system. When a new customer comes to automobile company user has to enter his personal details in the system like his name, phone number, his address etc. this modules also store the information like which car is purchase by a particular customer and what is the model and company name of the purchased car. User can also check the booking details of the customer like booked car name, amount paid for booking the car. User can also update all the customer information using this module.

OBJECTIVE OF AUTOMOBILE INVENTORY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM:

The main objective of this project is to computerize all the manual work related to automobile inventory and keep track of all purchased car information and keep records of all the transaction made in the automobile organization.

Making it easy to view and update stock details, purchase details and sales details.

To store the information of the customer and to make it easy to update the information of the customer.

This automobile system is developed to manage the car supplier information and make it easy to get the supplier information. This system is also allowing user to update the existing supplier information.

New automobile inventory management system is also help user to generate reports for car purchase, invoice and sales of the car or vehicles. User can also print out the sales.

User can also make printout the sales bill for customer as sales invoice.

Tool Used in Automobile inventory management system

This automobile inventory management system is developed in ASP.net VB.net in frond end and SQL server is used in backend. VB.Net (front end): even though this project report is developed in vb.net but you can user project report of this project if you are developing your project in java or PHP.

Automobile Inventory System requirements are given below.

Automobile company needs to keep all the transactions stored in database. Like how may vehicles are sold and how may are purchased. Customers’ details that purchased the vehicles or cars. Which model is purchased? Sales records purchase records.

Automobile company also wants that all the stock automatically updated when any car is purchased or sold. So we have to develop automobile inventory management system to cover these requirement.
