Code here to create a consistent panel of ALL schools that existed in England between 2002 and 2017/18. This panel takes into account mergers and changes of URNs and academisation of schools. It also drops the splits and creates a unique URN for all schools since 2002.This do uses edubase and linkedubase data plus the ONS postcode database.
