Fall League 2026.   Registration will open soon!   We are waiting to get costing from City set before we set our price for Fall.  Court fees at Forsythe are likely going to $5 soon.  

Please complete the form online below . MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO: Forsythe Mixed Doubles Tennis.  You can mail your check to FMDT PO Box 15281, Monroe, LA  71207.  You can also pay via Venmo at: https://venmo.com/u/forsythe-mixed .  

If you need help finding a partner let one of the board members know.  We can’t guarantee  anything, but we’ll try to help.
